Preparation and delivery process

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your package. Occasionally, PodiaPro may offer free shipping or a special fixed rate for a specific geographic location. No exceptions will be made on this type of promotion.

The process time for preparing an order is 3 to 5 working days. After this time, please allow 2 to 10 business days for delivery, for orders made in Canada. Please allow 10-20 business days for international orders. These delays could vary during the festive seasons when the Canada Post service is in high demand. We thank you for your patience.
